To search the Faculty Video/DVD collection, go to the Delaware Library Catalog and follow these directions:
1. Once you are in the Delaware Library Catalog, type in your search term in the search box and click Search.
2. On the left menu, find the Material Type box. Click on Expand All.
3. Then select either Wilmington University DVD - Faculty or Wilmington University Videos - Faculty from the list.
4. If you would like to search within both collections, select the box next to each and click on the purple Include button at the top of the list next to Material Type.
Videos/DVDs with call numbers ending in the following pertain to the specific college.
The Delaware Library Catalog is the online catalog of the Wilmington University Library.
By searching the catalog, you can access the record of any item the Wilmington University Library owns along with other libraries within the Delaware Library Catalog system.
Request Print Materials
Wilmington University Students, Faculty, and Staff can have library materials mailed to their homes, free of charge. Return postage will be included.
Please complete the Library Material Request Form to request an item.
Delivery times may be longer than usual at this time. We appreciate your patience when requesting print materials.
The Library manages and distributes videos and DVDs used by faculty for instructional purposes. The materials are purchased by the Colleges, housed in the Library, and are circulated only to faculty for classroom use. The materials may circulate for 7 days and can be renewed if no other faculty member has requested the same item.
Faculty may request a video or DVD in person, through e-mail, or by calling the Library. Videos and DVDs will be held for pick-up at the Information Desk for faculty who teach at New Castle. Materials can be delivered to faculty teaching at the Wilson Graduate Center. Videos and DVDs will be sent by Fed Ex to faculty teaching at all other sites.
