MEDLINE - Use the "Clinical Queries" limiter to search for the best evidence-producing studies.

PsycINFO - Select "Clinical Case Study," "Systematic Review," or "Meta-Analysis" limiter under Methodology.

CINAHL - Use "Clinical Queries" and/or select the "Evidence Based Practice" Special Interest filter.

Open Access Databases

These journals are scholarly, peer-reviewed research, just like journals in the WilmU Library databases. The difference is that open access articles are paid for by the government, foundations, or advertisers, so they're freely available to readers.
