Online Tutoring

Tutor.com is Wilmington University’s online tutoring platform (replacing Smarthinking as of Summer 2023), employing over 3,000 in 300 subjects. Students can connect with a tutor for on-demand support, upload an essay for review, or schedule a future session. The turnaround time for essay or question submission is 12 hours. Online tutoring can be accessed 24/7 through the Canvas site. Each WilmU student receives 600 free minutes of online tutoring per semester.

Follow these simple steps to access online tutoring:

1. Login to myWilmU Portal: my.wilmu.edu
2. On the top row, click "Canvas"
3. Click on your current course
4. On the left-hand side, click "Tutoring"
