Use the tabs to view how to locate citation tools in the library databases platforms

You can find APA citations for library resources using Discovery; the search box on the Library Homepage. From the result list, chose the Cite Tool listed with the resource. Warning! Always check citations for errors with an APA Manual or other APA 7th Edition source

EBSCOhost databases have a Cite tool students can use to find APA citiations for records. Follow the steps below when searching in one of the EBSCOhost databases to find citations.

Steps for locating citations in EBSCOhost databases:
  1. Enter keywords and click on Search.
  2. Click on the Title of the article needed.
  3. Click on the Cite link located on the top of the page.
  4. Choose APA 7th edition citation to copy and paste the citation or Export to  RefWorks or another citation manager. Ebscohost search results with title highlighted

Sage databases have a Cite tool students can use to find APA citiations for records. Follow the steps below when searching in one of the Sage databases to find citations.  

Steps for locating citations in Sage databases:
  1. Enter keywords and click on Search.
  2. Click on the Title of the article needed.
  3. Click on the Cite link located on the page.
  4. Choose APA citation to copy or choose to download and export to citation manager (ex. RefWorks)

You can find APA citations using Google Scholar.  Click on the quotes located under the chosen title in your search results. Copy and paste APA citation for the article or export to a citation manager such as RefWorks.
