RefWorks can be synced with Microsoft Word or Google Docs which will allow you to insert in-text citations and bibliographies as you are writing. You can use the RefWorks Citation MRefWorks will no longer support the old Write-N-Cite add in tool for Microsoft Word at the end of 2024. RefWorks is web-based, so you can access it on any Internet-enabled device, including your smart phone or tablet.
You may also use RefWorks offline using the RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) tool in Microsoft Word. Information on getting started with RCM is listed here and the functionality applies to both online and offline usage.
