Wilmington University students and faculty, with a letter of introduction, may access and obtain borrowing privileges at regional academic libraries through TCLC (Tri-State College Library Cooperative). To submit a request for a letter of introduction, view the TCLC page.
Students and Faculty who wish to make use of libraries with whom we do not have reciprocal agreements will need to make their own arrangements. Interlibrary Loan requests are an option in those cases. To learn more about our Interlibrary Loan service, click here.
Materials can be renewed online, over the phone or in person.
Once logged in, click on My Account and then click on the Checkouts tab. Select the item(s) you would like to renew and click the Renew button.
Note: When renewing materials online be sure to renew before the due date. If you are unable to renew your materials, please call the Library to request a renewal: 1-800-451-5724.
All notices regarding your DLC account are delivered via email to your Wilmington University email account. This includes hold pick-up notices, materials due soon notices and overdue notices.

Yes! Here is a break down of available group study rooms by site.
All group study rooms are first come, first serve.
Groups have priority over single users for any of the rooms.
New Castle: Peoples Library Building, 1st Floor
There are seven (7) group study rooms available along the perimeter of the library.
Wilson Graduate Center: There is a large common area located next to the Campus Store and Cafe that is available for groups to meet.
Dover: Learning Commons, Building A
There are two study spaces available on the 1st floor. Room A114 provides group study space for six and the quiet study area across from the bookstore is ideal for individual studying. There are additional tables in the Learning Commons, Room A113 for student use.
Georgetown: Betze Library
There are four (4) private study rooms that are first come, first serve.
A larger group study room (room 442) may be reserved through the Dean of Instruction (302) 259-6030.
